A writing challenge for myself

Hello? Hello? Is this thing on?

It's been a little while since I've updated Plan D. I've had a number of things happen over the past few months. We've brought Mail Order Zombie to a close. I've launched Monster Kid Radio. I'm writing a bit more, and that's what this post is about.

It's on.

I've been editing some short stories for a planned collection that I'll be releasing via Amazon later this year, and I've also been working on a small non-fiction project. While I've done some basic outlining for some fiction projects, I've not written any new fiction as of late, and that's going to change.

Starting in June, I'm starting a 5k-Every-7-Days Challenge. While I'd love to be able to put away more than 5000 words in a week's time, I don't want to set myself up to fail. That said, I do need to set myself up with some sort of goal or even deadline so that I can focus and get the work done. Add a little accountability to the proceedings by posting about it here at Plan D, and I'm suddenly VERY excited to start throwing down the words!

You bet! Write, mi frato, write!

I did the write-a-story-a-week thing for a year and it improved my writing IMMENSELY.

Plus, you're in one of the stories. 8)
